THE CURRICULUM

In this module, we'll get clear on the A to B transformation you feel confident in facilitating and the offer promise you can get confidently get behind. Not only does having a unique method position you as an expert in your niche, but it also provides the structure needed for a scalable group program. (Even if you're initially facilitating it 1:1.)
You'll learn how to develop a Transformation-Ready Curriculum™, taking into consideration different learning styles and common sticky points you'll want to pre-emptively address with recorded lessons, worksheets or additional resources.
NOTE: Your curriculum is what makes your signature program so versatile! You can run it as a live group (cohort or evergreen), facilitate it 1:1 and/or even sell your lessons as a self-paced course.

Now that you know what it is you're selling and how exactly you're going to facilitate the transformation you're promising, we'll work through all the logistical details of how your signature program is structured and delivered. (Most coaches start here and skip steps 1 & 2!)
We'll discuss considerations for program length, session cadence, proximity and pricing that feels right for you. I'll share best practices for 1:1 and group programs, and share examples of what I've personally created over the last 9 years and a few client examples too.

While your frontline marketing is what creates the initial interest, we want to drive your potential clients to a sales page that confirms that your program is the solution to their problem, explains all the details (including price!) and either gives them the option to purchase directly (if appropriate for that offer) or book a discovery call to ensure mutual fit. No awkward sales calls where "overcome objections" required.

In this module I'll walk you through my go-to strategy that I've personally used for several multi-5 figure mastermind & certification launches between $20K-$70K, and that has helped my clients with 5 and multi-5 figure group program launches too.
You'll learn my simple system for a 21-day live launch that I recommend for any new program launch. This includes seasonal live launches, as well as a the initial enrolment period for a new evergreen program.
