WEEK 1
Over 6 weeks, I'll walk you through my 6-step process to create, launch & sell a signature coaching program that gets results:
In this module, we'll get clear on the A to B transformation you feel confident in facilitating at this exact moment and the offer promise you can get confidently get behind. Taking into considering your unique combination of skills, experience and innate gifts, we'll evaluate which parts to include and which parts to leave behind to ensure you don't end up with a "kitchen sink" offer.
This is about creating the most streamlined pathway to your clients' desired results! You'll come away with a step-by-step framework that shows your dream client they're in good hands.
Design (or refine) your signature coaching methodology that incorporates your unique magic & gets results.

WEEK 2
Now that you know what it is you're selling and how exactly you're going to facilitate the transformation you're promising, we'll work through all the logistical details of how your signature program is structured and delivered. (Most coaches start here and skip steps 1 & 2!)
We'll discuss considerations for program length, session cadence, proximity and pricing that feels right for you. I'll share best practices for 1:1 and group programs, and share examples of what I've personally created over the last 9 years and a few client examples too.

WEEK 3
While your frontline marketing is what creates the initial interest, we want to drive your potential clients to a sales page that confirms that your program is the solution to their problem, explains all the details (including price!) and either gives them the option to purchase directly (if appropriate for that offer) or book a discovery call to ensure mutual fit. No awkward sales calls where "overcome objections" required.
You'll receive my tried and true signature program sales page template that I've taken 100s of coaches through, now with examples for both 1:1 and curriculum-based group programs.
Write a sales page that speaks to the heart of your ideal client, while clearly articulating the offer & does the selling for you.

WEEK 4
In this module, we'll work through the most suitable onboarding process that makes sense for this particular program. Whether it's a click-to-purchase situation straight off your sales page or you want to ensure mutual fit with a discovery call first, this is a critical step to think through in detail to ensure your client feels both valued & supported right from the start.
We'll also work out what needs to be delivered upon sign-up, including any client onboarding materials, group access, questionnaires or preview lessons and ensure you have systems in place for a seamless onboarding experience.

WEEK 5
Create a signature masterclass or workshop that pre-qualifies your potential clients for your offer and makes them think "I can't believe this is free!", while creating a strong desire for your paid program.
Whether for a live launch or evergreen funnel, you'll learn how to structure your high-value masterclass without over-teaching and confidently pitch your offer without it feeling like a giant sales pitch. You'll receive examples of some of my best-converting masterclasses and workshops, including examples of the promo materials, landing pages and email sequences too.
